Press Play - HDW 2014

An interactive installation for Helsinki Design Week 2014.

Press Play is an advanced level Digital Architecture course, organised in collaboration with LEGO Finland and Helsinki Design Week. Students were given a large amount of LEGO Bricks and Mindstorms units to create an interactive installation for the Helsinki Design Week on a high visibility venue at Aleksanterinkatu in Helsinki. The course gathered students from multiple disciplines and countries to tackle the challenge of solving both structural and algorithmic challenges in creating large scale kinematic structures.
