Nils Erik Wickberg Lectures: “Quo Vadis Classicism?”
Join us for the 14th annual Nils Erik Wickberg Lectures on 1 October.
The annual Wickberg Lectures were established to commemorate the memory of Professor Nils Erik Wickberg (10.9.1909–11.7.2002) who was a long time editor of the Finnish Architectural Review and held the post of Professor of Architectural History at the Department of Architecture at Helsinki University of Technology for many years.
The theme for this year‘s seminar is "Quo Vadis Classicism?" We look at the theme from two different viewpoints: history and contemporary architecture, which has again features of classicism.
