Ceramics and its Dimensions: Shaping the Future-näyttely Portadownissa Pohjois-Irlannissa 24.6.-22.7.2017

The touring Ceramics and its Dimensions: Shaping the Future exhibition, produced and curated by the Department of Design of Aalto University, opens its doors in June in its third venue in Portadown, Northern Ireland.

The touring Ceramics and its Dimensions: Shaping the Future exhibition, produced and curated by the Department of Design of Aalto University, opens its doors in June in its third venue in Portadown, Northern Ireland. The exhibition, partly funded by the Creative Europe programme of EU, was open for the first time in Fiskars in autumn 2016. The works of the exhibition discuss the future of ceramics by exploring new techniques and rethinking materials and in the exhibition there are works from teaching and research staff as well as from students of Aalto. After Portadown the exhibition will still travel to four cities around Europe.
