Kigali Master Class
An advanced master level course targeting public building design in Rwanda.
The Kigali Master Class with Peter Rich is an advanced master level architecture course, organized by the Aalto University Department of Architecture, in collaboration with the Asko Foundation. The Master Class will take students to Kigali, capital of Rwanda, to learn about the features of a foreign culture, and to work with disadvantaged local communities. The design task will be a public building for an existing need, using participatory planning processes and collaboration with local people.
