Degree studies

The Department has degree programmes in Architecture and in Landscape Architecture. Students complete a Bachelor of Science and may then continue with a Master in Science in Architecture or in Landscape Architecture.

Applicants to the Bachelor studies at the Department of Architecture must have  a solid knowledge of Finnish or Swedish. The Department has English taught master level studies  in Architecture only. Master level degree studies in Landscape Architecture require proficiency in Finnish.

Exchange studies

 Exchange studies are to be applied from partner schools,  through valid exchange agreements.
All information concerning application procedure for exchange studies can be found in the INTO website for students.

Guest studies

In addition, the Department has two separate architecture programmes: the General Studies Program and the Wood Program. They are tuition fee based non-degree programmes for interested international students to apply for and, when accepted, to become a guest student at the deprtment.
